Telephone Reservations and Online Purchase
Tickets can be reserved by telephone during normal operating hours. You can make ticket reservations for scheduled events events at any time on our website.
Reserved tickets must be picked up at the box office within 7 days of making the reservation, otherwise the reservation will be forfeit.
You can purchase tickets online through our partner Reservix, and print them yourself.
Prices include VAT and fees, as well as service and shipping costs.
Box Office
The counter usually opens one hour before the performance begins. There are almost always tickets remaining for purchase.
Discounts
These are available for in-house events for purchase with valid identification: School and university students, civil and military service and FSJ-duty, handicapped, social services recipients, unemployed, pensioners, and Berlin Pass holders.
There are no discounts for children’s performances!
Student Price.
For select events, school and university students, interns, and Berlin Pass holders can purchase tickets with valid identification for the price of €12.00. These tickets are limited in number and only available through advanced booking.
More Discounts
get2Card, checkbook, Berlin Welcome Card, Joycard, Luups: These discount agreements are not valid for concerts, rentals, and children’s and special events.

Parking is limited so it’s recommended to arrive via public transportation.
