Sheep wool, and acoustic paneling are made from recycled materials, and the windows are insulated for both sound and heat in a single concept for the Café Olé extension. A green-roof bio filter reduced the smells from the canteen. |
1996 - 1997 | Ecological reconstruction of the whole grain bakery, and dessert shop, with new grain storage and automatic flour vacuum in the bakery. A large refrigerator powered by a propane-brine system is interconnected with the Café Olé.
